About This Project

PROJECT: Grand San Jacinto Development – RCC Paved Streets
OWNER: Colony Ridge
DESIGNER: Landplan
PAVING CONTRACTOR: Rollcon LLC
COMPLETION DATE: October 2015
PROJECT DETAILS: Rollcon provided paving and soil stabilization for 30 miles of Grand San Jacinto neighborhood streets. Rollcon’s Roller Compacted Concrete paving solution for Grand San Jacinto provided five-inch-thick pavement for the project’s more than 2.9 million square feet of residential streets. The durability of RCC means Grand San Jacinto 22-foot-wide streets can last up to 20 years without failures, more than twice as long as the expected life-cycle of asphalt. Colony Ridge has contracted with Rollcon LLC for the largest residential and public RCC placement in the world.
