Project Summary

Clark Beverage Group’s Project Joy was completed in May 2024 with Design Group serving as both the designer and general contractor. Rollcon led the paving work, utilizing a Vogele Super 2100-3i paving machine and a Rapidmix 400C mixing plant. The project featured a two-phased Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) solution covering 549,300 square feet at 8 inches thick, completed in under three weeks. RCC was selected for its cost-effectiveness and ability to accelerate the project schedule. A key challenge was the need for a second mobilization to maintain building access, showcasing the project’s adaptability to site-specific demands.
